1. Agreement
By accessing qevora.ca or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Warranty Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Products, condition, and pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
- Refurbished and open-box products are graded under our published Product Condition Guide. Cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade is not a defect.
- Product photos of refurbished items may be representative of the model and grade rather than the exact unit, where stated on the product page.
- We work hard to keep listings accurate, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by a material error, with a full refund.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock errors, or resale abuse, and will refund any amount paid on a cancelled order.
5. Payment and fraud prevention
Payment is due at checkout through our supported payment methods. We may run standard fraud screening and request verification for flagged orders; unverified orders may be cancelled and refunded.
6. Shipping, returns, and warranty
Shipping, returns, and warranty coverage are governed by the respective policies published on this site, which form part of these terms.
7. Trade-in submissions
Trade-in quotes are estimates based on the information you supply and are confirmed only after physical inspection. By submitting a trade-in you declare that you are the lawful owner of the device, that it is not stolen, lost-reported, or subject to a lien or financing, and that all account locks (e.g., Activation Lock, Find My, Google FRP) have been removed. We may decline any device that fails inspection or verification, and will return declined devices to you.
8. User content and reviews
By posting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with our store. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes another party’s rights. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms; we do not remove reviews merely for being negative.
9. Intellectual property
The Qevora name, logo, site design, and content are our property or licensed to us. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; Qevora is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, probe its security, or place fraudulent orders.
11. Third-party services
Payment, shipping, chat, and analytics are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our legal obligations.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including data loss — back up your data before service, trade-in, or return. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including implied warranties and conditions under provincial consumer protection legislation.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Qevora against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
15. Termination and changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
