How it works
- Describe your device using the form below — the more accurate you are, the more accurate your estimate.
- Get your estimated offer by email, usually within one business day. Estimates are provisional until physical inspection.
- Send it in — free prepaid shipping label, or drop off at [REPLACE — address].
- Inspection within 2 business days of arrival. If our findings match your description, the offer is confirmed. If they differ, we send a revised offer you can accept or decline — declined devices are returned to you free.
- Get paid by Interac e-transfer or Qevora store credit (credit offers are typically 10% higher) [REPLACE — confirm].
Before you send your device
- Back up anything you want to keep.
- Sign out and remove locks: turn off Find My / Activation Lock (Apple), remove Google accounts (Android/Chromebook), and sign out of Microsoft accounts. We cannot accept locked devices.
- Data security: every accepted device is wiped with certified erasure as part of intake — but removing your accounts first protects you.
Ownership declaration: by submitting a trade-in you confirm you are the lawful owner, the device is not stolen or lost-reported, and it is free of liens or outstanding financing. Serial numbers are verified against loss/theft databases.
