Legal review notice: Have this policy reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
Warranty periods
| Product type | Standard coverage |
|---|---|
| Refurbished laptops, desktops, tablets | 90 days [REPLACE — confirm] |
| Open-box products | 90 days, or remaining manufacturer warranty if longer |

The exact coverage for each product is stated on its product page and in your order confirmation. Coverage begins on the delivery date.
What’s covered
Defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use, including failures of: display, keyboard, trackpad, motherboard, memory, storage, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapters, speakers, webcam, ports, and charging system.
Battery coverage
Refurbished batteries are tested to hold a meaningful charge, but batteries are consumable: coverage applies to batteries that fail to hold at least 60% of design capacity [REPLACE — confirm threshold] within the warranty period. Gradual capacity decline within normal parameters is not a defect.
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage: drops, impacts, cracked screens, bent chassis
- Liquid damage of any kind
- Cosmetic wear consistent with the product’s stated condition grade, or acquired after delivery
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or non-approved chargers
- Software issues, viruses, operating-system configuration, or driver problems not caused by a hardware defect
- Data loss — always back up your data; we are not responsible for data on serviced devices
- Theft or loss
- Consumables beyond the battery terms above
How to make a claim
- Contact warranty support at itQevora@gmail.com or through My Account → Support, with your order number and a description (photos or video help).
- Our technicians may run remote troubleshooting first — many issues resolve without shipping.
- If service is needed, we issue a warranty RMA. We cover shipping both ways for valid warranty claims within Canada. Remove personal data and account locks before shipping where the device allows it.
- After inspection we will, at our discretion: repair the device, replace it with an equivalent or better unit, or refund the purchase price if neither is practical. Warranty repairs/replacements are typically completed within [REPLACE — e.g., 5–10] business days of receipt.
If inspection finds the fault is excluded (e.g., liquid damage), we’ll contact you with the findings and options, including a repair quote or return of the device.
Proof of purchase and transferability
Warranty service requires your Qevora order number or receipt. The warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable, except where law requires otherwise.
Your consumer rights
Provincial consumer protection legislation may give you additional rights (for example, implied warranties of merchantable quality) that this policy does not reduce or replace.
